Overall my experience has been positive: order execution feels consistent and I don’t see many random requotes during normal market hours. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short-term intraday), although they do widen noticeably around big news which is expected. The main thing I’d like improved is the client area/user portal. It works, but some pages feel a bit slow and a couple of settings are not where I expect them to be. Support was helpful when I asked about account verification requirements, but the replies weren’t instant. Deposits have been straightforward for me. Withdrawals arrived, but one of them took longer than I planned, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Still, nothing dramatic—just room to tighten the timelines and make status updates clearer.
