Clean interface, steady execution, but onboarding took patience

I’m Ananya from Pune and I opened a Standard account to diversify away from only FX into a broker that felt more "investment-style" in the way it presents reporting and statements. The platform experience has been mostly smooth for my day-to-day routine (checking positions, setting alerts, and managing orders). Execution on normal market conditions felt consistent, and I didn’t notice anything odd like random requotes. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/verification flow. It wasn’t confusing, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected, and I had to re-upload one document after it was flagged for clarity. Once I was active, everything became straightforward. Deposits were fine for me and showed up within the expected window. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time felt a bit slower than what I’m used to with app-first brokers. Support was polite and professional, just not always instant—more like a “ticket and wait” rhythm. Overall: solid and stable, especially if you care about clean statements and a more formal brokerage feel, but plan a little extra time for account setup and cash movements.
