What I don’t love is how some of the statements/contract notes are presented—finding specific charges or reconciling P&L across days takes more effort than it should. Support helped when I asked, but I had to follow up once to get a complete answer. Overall, it’s reliable for regular trading, but I’d like more transparent, easier-to-read reporting and a cleaner breakdown of fees.
