I’m Rahul Nair from Mumbai and I’ve been using the platform for about 6 months on a Standard account. Order placement is straightforward and the app feels stable even on busy days. Deposits through bank transfer were smooth and reflected in a reasonable time. What I don’t love is how some of the statements/contract notes are presented—finding specific charges or reconciling P&L across days takes more effort than it should. Support helped when I asked, but I had to follow up once to get a complete answer. Overall, it’s reliable for regular trading, but I’d like more transparent, easier-to-read reporting and a cleaner breakdown of fees.

I’m Priya from Delhi and I’ve been using SBI Sec for about 6 months mainly for low-frequency trading and hedging my INR exposure. The platform has been stable for me and the contract notes/charges are clearly shown, which I really appreciate. Deposits through netbanking were smooth and credited quickly. What I didn’t love is the amount of paperwork and steps around account setup/updates—everything works, but it feels more process-heavy than some app-first brokers. Also, support is generally helpful, but I sometimes had to follow up to get a clear answer when my question was more technical (like margin and settlement timing). Overall it’s reliable and I feel comfortable keeping funds there, just expect a more traditional experience.
