I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mainly major FX pairs and a bit of gold. My overall experience with Monex has been steady and professional. Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday), and I haven’t had any surprise behavior around fills. Funding the account was straightforward and the deposit showed up without issues. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is mostly the user experience: some parts of the client area and reporting feel old-fashioned, and I had to dig a bit to find certain statements and confirmations. Support was polite and clear when I asked about margin requirements and trading hours for specific instruments. I didn’t need heavy hand-holding, but when I did reach out I got useful answers. Overall, it’s a good option if you value stability more than a modern “app-like” feel.

I’m Vikram Patel from Chennai and I’ve been using Monex mainly for forex majors and USDJPY on shorter timeframes. The platform has been stable for me with no random disconnects during active sessions, and I like how the account statements and trade history export cleanly (helps when I reconcile my journal). Spreads and fills have been consistent on normal market hours. During a couple of high-volatility news minutes I did see wider spreads, but nothing that felt out of line compared to what I expect in those conditions. My only real friction was the onboarding/KYC side. It wasn’t a “problem” but it took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t accepted. Once the account was live, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Overall I’m comfortable keeping this as one of my regular accounts, but I’d like to see faster account verification and clearer status updates during onboarding.
