I’m Karan from Gurugram. Used GTCFX Standard for around 3 months. Deposit through card worked instantly and trading (EURUSD, XAUUSD) was okay. But when I tried to withdraw to bank transfer, it got stuck with repeated verification requests even though my KYC was already submitted. It finally came through after about a week, but the process felt unnecessarily long and support kept saying ‘wait for finance team’. Because of that, I can’t rate it more than 2 stars.

Fair broker, but tracking on withdrawals should improve

Neha from Pune. I’ve been using GTCFX Standard account for 6 months. Deposited via UPI and it was instant. I trade mainly EURUSD and GBPUSD, sometimes XAUUSD. Spreads are acceptable most of the time. Withdrawals to bank transfer took 3–4 working days for me. Not a huge issue, but there’s no clear tracking/status update unless you ask support. Support is polite, but responses can be slow during weekends. Overall an average 3-star experience.

Trading okay hai, but news time pe spreads kaafi badh jaate

Hyderabad se hoon. GTCFX Standard account use kar raha hoon around 5 months. Deposit maine crypto (USDT TRC20) se kiya tha—within 30-40 min wallet se account me aa gaya. Main mostly EURUSD, GBPUSD aur kabhi kabhi NAS100 bhi karta hoon. Normal days pe spreads theek lagte, execution also okay. Lekin news time pe spreads wide ho jaate and slippage aa jata. Mujhe 2 baar aisa hua ki entry price expected se thoda upar fill hua on GBPUSD. Withdrawal maine USDT me hi kiya. First time 24 hours ke andar aa gaya, second time around 3 days lag gaye. Support polite hai but clear reason nahi batate—bas ‘in process’. Isliye 3 star, average type broker feel hua.

Kaafi disappointment: withdrawal delay aur vague answers

Vikram (Jaipur) speaking. Main 4 months se GTCFX Standard use kar raha tha. Deposit UPI se easily ho gaya, no problem. Trading XAUUSD aur GBPJPY pe kiya, spreads normal days pe ok. But withdrawal mein problem aayi. Mera withdrawal request ‘processing’ pe 6 working days tak atka रहा. Support ko ping kiya toh bas ‘finance team checking’ type replies mile. End mein payment aaya, but itna delay unacceptable laga. Isliye 2-star. Deposits easy hain, but withdrawals aur communication weak.

Average broker: deposits fast, withdrawals not consistent

Lucknow se trade karta hoon. GTCFX Standard account use kiya about 7 months. Deposit UPI (Google Pay) se kiya tha, within minutes account funded. I trade USDINR sometimes and major pairs like EURUSD, plus a bit of gold. Trading experience overall average raha. Normal market me spreads manageable, but volatile moves me requote type feel aata hai (order fill slightly different). Not a deal breaker, but you should keep risk low during news. Withdrawals: one small withdrawal came in 2 days, but a larger one took 4 working days. Support responded on email, but they didn’t give exact ETA, just ‘processing’. For me, it’s neither great nor terrible—just mid.
