Overall execution feels reliable and I’m not seeing random requotes, which is the main reason I’ve kept the account active. Deposits went through without drama (bank transfer for the first one, then card for a smaller top-up). Withdrawals did arrive, but the status updates in the client area are a bit vague, so I found myself checking email more than I wanted. Support has been polite and to the point. They helped me confirm the right documents for verification and clarified a margin question quickly. If they improve the client portal tracking and make the reporting a little more intuitive, I’d rate them even higher.

Spreads are generally in the range I expected, but around major news releases they widen more than I’d like, so I now avoid placing market orders right at the release.
