I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using FXFlat for about 6 months on a Standard account mainly for EUR/USD and gold. The overall experience is steady: the platform feels clean and I can place and modify orders without hunting through menus. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, which is why I rated that part high. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the fee/charge breakdown wasn’t always clear to me at first, and I had to double-check the final costs after a couple of trades. Withdrawals worked, but the timing was a bit inconsistent. One withdrawal came through fast, while another took longer than I expected and I had to wait for the status to update. Support was polite and professional. They answered my questions, but sometimes it took an extra message to get a more detailed explanation (especially about account reporting and what shows as trading cost vs. non-trading adjustments). Overall, I’d still recommend it for someone who wants a no-drama experience and doesn’t mind reading the fine print.

Spreads were generally in line with what I expected, and I didn’t notice any weird price jumps during normal volatility. Deposits went through without drama, but I wish there were a few more convenient local funding methods for UAE-based clients. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my payouts took longer than I anticipated, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and clear when I asked about account statements and fee details—no copy-paste answers, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid broker experience for me so far, with the main improvement being faster/clearer withdrawal timelines and more flexible deposit options.
