Overall my experience with INFINOX has been positive: spreads on my main pairs feel competitive during normal hours and I haven’t had random disconnections on MT4. Deposits went through smoothly using a card, and the balance reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but the process felt a bit more manual than I expected (extra confirmation steps), and the status updates inside the client area weren’t always clear. I didn’t lose money because of it, it just took some patience. Support was polite and answered in a reasonable time, but I had to repeat my question once when I asked about the exact cutoff time for withdrawal processing. If they improve the portal clarity (cleaner withdrawal tracking and fewer clicks), I’d happily rate it 5.
