Mostly smooth execution, app could be cleaner

I’m Rahul from Kolkata and I’ve been using Infinox for about 6 months on a Standard account. Execution on majors has been consistent for my intraday trades, and I didn’t face random requotes. Spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours, but they do widen around high-impact news, so I avoid placing tight stops during those times. Deposits via card were straightforward and the balance reflected quickly. Withdrawals reached me without issues, but not always as fast as the “instant” impression you sometimes get from the UI—more like a normal processing timeline. Support was polite and they answered my ticket with clear steps, though I did have to follow up once to get an update. Overall: solid for my day-to-day trading, just a few small UX and timing improvements needed.
