I’m from Pune and used Albilad for around 8 months on a Standard account. Deposits via UPI were quick and convenient. I traded mainly GBP/USD and EUR/USD. Trading conditions are fine most of the time, but I noticed spread spikes during the last hour of the US session. I also had one instance where my order got filled a bit off my expected price on GBP/USD. Withdrawals are where I’m not fully happy. My first withdrawal (₹20,000) took 3 working days. The second one (₹33,000) took 5 working days, and I didn’t get proactive updates—I had to chase support on email. Not terrible, but they should improve communication and give clearer timelines.

Trading theek hai, withdrawal thoda slow hua

Main Pooja, Nagpur se. Albilad pe Standard account use kar rahi hoon approx 6-7 months se. Trading experience mixed रहा—GBP/JPY aur USD/JPY pe execution mostly ok, but kabhi-kabhi spreads suddenly badh jaate hain (especially US session open pe). Scalping karoge toh thoda dikkat ho sakta hai. Deposit maine UPI (Google Pay) se kiya tha, within 2-3 minutes credit ho gaya, so deposit part good. Withdrawal pe thoda issue: maine ₹18,500 withdraw request Friday evening dala, Monday tak process nahi hua, Tuesday afternoon aa gaya. Support se WhatsApp/chat pe baat ki toh bolte रहे ‘in process’. Clear ETA nahi dete. Overall 3 star hi dungi—usable hai but consistency missing hai.

Sharjah: average broker, spreads can widen suddenly

Main Mariam, Sharjah se. Albilad pe Standard account hai, around 8 months use kiya. EUR/USD aur XAU/USD trade karti hoon. Generally charting and order placement fine hai, but kabhi-kabhi spreads suddenly widen (especially US session start pe), aur phir entries thodi expensive ho jaati hain. Deposit maine Apple Pay/card se kiya tha—instant. Withdrawal bank transfer pe 2-4 days laga (mere case me 4 days). Support polite hai but follow-up karna padta hai, warna same status update milta hai. Overall: okay for normal trading, but consistency better ho sakti hai.

Average experience: good platform, inconsistent response from support

I’m based in Chennai and traded with Albilad on a Standard account for around 9 months. Funding through UPI was smooth (usually credited within minutes). I mostly trade USD/JPY and EUR/USD with occasional XAU/USD. Platform performance is fine on normal days, but I faced a couple of instances of requotes/slippage during high volatility. Not a deal-breaker, but it impacted a few trades. Withdrawals have been mixed. Small amounts (₹5k–₹10k) came in 2 working days to my ICICI account. A larger withdrawal (₹55,000) took 5 working days and required an additional document upload. Support did respond, but I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear timeline. Overall, it works, but I’d rate it average due to the inconsistent support and occasional delays.

Dubai se: trading ok, but withdrawal timing unpredictable

Main Fatima, Dubai se. Albilad Standard account use kar rahi hoon around 8 months. I trade mostly XAU/USD and EUR/USD. Normal days pe execution theek rehta hai, but kabhi-kabhi London open pe spread spike hota hai, so entry planning careful rakhni padti hai. Deposit maine debit card (Emirates NBD) se kiya—instant credit, no issue. Withdrawal maine bank transfer (UAE account) pe request kiya tha 1,200 AED equivalent, and it took 4 business days. Support ne reply diya, but clear timeline nahi bataya, bas ‘processing’ bolte rahe. Overall average broker feel—usable hai but improvements needed in payout communication.
