Average experience, platform stable but service speed medium

Main Chennai se hoon, 5 months se Amana use kar rahi hoon (Standard account). Deposit via UPI (₹20,000) kiya tha, within 10 minutes credit ho gaya. Main mostly EURUSD aur NAS100 (indices) trade karti hoon. Trading side: platform downtime nahi aaya, charts ok hain. But peak hours me NAS100 spreads thode widen hue aur couple of trades me slippage mila. Withdrawal: ₹8,000 withdraw kiya to next day aa gaya, but ₹16,000 wale request me 3 days lag gaye. Support chat pe response milta hai, but detailed explanation nahi dete. Not a scam vibe, but premium service bhi feel nahi hoti. Middle level broker jaisa lagta hai.

Deposit experience: UPI deposit (₹20,000) was credited quickly the same morning. Trading experience: During London session, spreads looked reasonable. During late Asian hours, spreads on GBPUSD felt wider, which affected my entries. Withdrawal experience: I withdrew ₹14,500 via bank transfer to HDFC. It took 3 working days. No rejection, but I wish they showed clearer status updates instead of just “processing”. Support: Support is reachable, but getting a straight answer sometimes takes multiple messages. Omar Al Mansoori (Dubai) here. Standard account pe around 6 months trade kiya. Deposit card se kiya, instantly credit ho gaya. Mostly XAUUSD aur USDJPY. Mera main issue execution + withdrawal tha. Gold pe fast moves me slippage noticeable tha, aur spreads news time pe bahut widen. Withdrawal maine 12 Sep 2025 ko request kiya (bank transfer), expected 2-3 days, but 7 business days lage. Support se multiple times chat ki, but clear reason nahi mila. Deposit easy hai but overall experience disappointing, so 2 stars.

Decent execution, but withdrawals need clearer timelines

I’m trading with Amana from Ras Al Khaimah for around 7 months on a Standard account. Deposited via bank transfer (AED) and started mostly with EUR/USD and XAU/USD, sometimes GBP/JPY during London session. The good: execution is generally fine and I don’t see crazy requotes. Spreads on EUR/USD are okay in normal hours, and gold is tradable though it widens around news. The not-so-good: withdrawal speed is inconsistent. My first withdrawal (about 1,500 AED) came in 2 business days. Second one (around 2,000 AED) took close to 5 business days and I had to follow up twice with support. Support replies, but it feels template-ish and they don’t always give an exact ETA. Overall it’s not a scam vibe, but for a broker in this region I expected more predictable withdrawal processing and more proactive updates.
