Thiruvananthapuram se hoon. Ausglobal Standard account 5 months se use kar rahi hoon. Deposit maine netbanking/UPI mix se kiya (₹15k equivalent). Deposit quick tha. Pairs: mostly XAUUSD aur EURUSD. Normal days pe spreads ok, but kabhi-kabhi gold pe sudden spike in spread dekhne ko mila around US session. MT5 app works fine. KYC: documents (Aadhaar + bank statement) verify hone me 2 din lag gaye, which is okay, but withdrawal time pe again extra confirmation mail aaya. Withdrawal 3 working days me aaya, but mujhe 2 baar follow-up karna pada. Support polite hai, but resolution slow. Isliye 3 star.

Spreads ok, par withdrawal timeline fixed nahi lagta

Jaipur se Vikram. Ausglobal Standard account pe 9 months trade kiya. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha, usually 5-10 min me credit ho jata. Pairs mostly EURUSD aur GBPUSD, kabhi kabhi XAUUSD. Regular hours me spreads theek rehte, but US session open ke aas paas thoda widen hota. Withdrawal: pehli baar ₹18,000 2 din me aa gaya, next time ₹30,000 ko 4 din lag gaye. Support se WhatsApp/email pe baat hui, reply aata hai but exact reason/ETA clear nahi hota. Overall average experience.

Average overall — good deposits, withdrawals can vary

I’m Aditi from Bengaluru. I used Ausglobal Standard for around 8 months. Deposits via bank transfer were credited the same day most times. I traded EURUSD and AUDUSD, mostly swing trades. The platform experience is stable, but I did see spread spikes around major announcements. Withdrawals to bank account were not consistent: one withdrawal took 2 working days, another took 5 working days. Support responded, but the communication felt a bit templated and I had to follow up to get an update. For me it’s a middle-of-the-road broker.

Worst withdrawal experience and no clear resolution

Karan from Gurugram. I opened a Standard account and traded for about 2 months. Deposit via card worked fast, and I traded XAUUSD and GBPUSD. The problem started when I tried to withdraw. My withdrawal request was marked “processing” for days with no clear explanation. Support kept asking for the same details again and again on email, and I didn’t get a solid timeline. This kind of uncertainty is not acceptable when it’s your money. Trading conditions don’t matter if payouts aren’t reliable. I won’t continue.

Average broker: smooth deposits, withdrawals not always predictable

I’m trading from Lucknow on a Standard account for about 9 months. Deposits via UPI were quick (usually under 5 minutes). I trade mainly USDINR (when available) and EURUSD, sometimes XAUUSD. Execution is okay for intraday, but I wouldn’t recommend it for news trading. I got noticeable slippage on a EURUSD breakout during a US CPI release. Withdrawals are where it becomes average. Two withdrawals were processed in 2–3 working days, but one took almost a week and support only said “it’s in process”. Eventually I received it to my bank account, but the timeline should be clearer. So overall 3 stars: usable, but not consistently fast on withdrawals/support.
