Neha from Pune. Standard account, 6 months. Main EUR/USD, AUD/USD aur kabhi kabhi NAS100 trade karti hoon. Day-to-day execution smooth tha. Deposit UPI (BHIM) se instant ho gaya. Issue: withdrawal request ke time pe extra documents maange (address proof), toh process delay ho gaya. Total 5 working days lag gaye. Agar pehle hi verify kar lete toh better hota. Support helpful hai but response slow (12-24 hrs). Mixed experience overall.

Average broker: fine for trading, documentation & withdrawal process is slow

Rahul from New Delhi. Been with Brightfunded around 7 months on Standard. Trading side is okay—EUR/USD and USD/CAD spreads are acceptable, and MT5 connection is mostly stable. I do intraday, so speed matters. Deposit via netbanking (ICICI) credited same day. Withdrawal process is where it gets irritating: KYC re-check happened after I requested withdrawal (why not earlier?), so the payout moved by another 2-3 days. Total timeline for my last one was 4 working days. Support is polite but keeps sending template responses like “your request is in process.” Not bad, not great.

Clear rules, smooth dashboard, payouts took a bit longer than I expected

I’m Sara from Ajman and I joined Brightfunded mainly to test my discipline on a structured account. The evaluation rules were explained clearly and the dashboard made it easy to track daily loss and overall drawdown without guessing. Execution felt consistent for the way I trade (mostly EURUSD and gold, a few short sessions around London open). Spreads were acceptable and I didn’t notice any weird slippage beyond normal news volatility. Funding and verification were straightforward, but the payout timeline was a little slower than I assumed from the marketing. It wasn’t a problem in the end—I received it—but I would have preferred more proactive status updates so I didn’t have to check the portal repeatedly. Overall: good experience, professional feel, just room to improve communication around payout processing.

Main Brightfunded par 18 months se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

Dubai se use kiya, execution ok but costs add up on gold

Main Dubai se Brightfunded Standard account pe 5 months se trade kar raha hoon. EURUSD aur XAUUSD dono trade karta hoon. EURUSD pe spread okay hai, but XAUUSD pe spread + swap milake cost thoda heavy lagta hai, especially jab position 2-3 days hold karo. Deposit bank transfer (ENBD) se kiya, same day credit. Withdrawal ek baar kiya, around USD 300 equivalent, 3 business days lage. Support polite hai but detailed explanation nahi deta, bas basic answers. 3 stars because overall workable hai, but pricing transparency aur support depth better ho sakta hai.
