Smooth dashboard and clear rules, but payout timing varies

I’m Arjun from Mumbai and I’ve been using Brightfunded for about 6 months. The onboarding was straightforward and the dashboard makes it easy to track objectives, daily loss, and overall drawdown without digging through menus. I like that the rules are written clearly and the trade history exports cleanly for my own journal. Execution felt stable on my side and I didn’t notice strange platform behavior during normal London/NY sessions. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that payout processing time felt inconsistent—one request moved fast, another took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. Support did reply and kept it polite, but the updates could be more proactive. Overall, it’s been a decent experience for UI and rule transparency. If payout status tracking was a bit more real-time, it would be near perfect for me.
