From Pune, using Commsec Standard for about 4 months. Deposits through netbanking were smooth and credited quickly. I mainly trade EUR/USD and GBP/USD. For regular intraday trades it’s fine, but for quick scalps I noticed spreads can jump suddenly and I got mild slippage during high volatility. If you’re a patient trader it’s manageable. Withdrawals to my bank account took about 2–3 working days. Support is polite but slow to provide exact timelines. Overall: okay broker, average service.

RAK se trading: overall smooth, bas withdrawal thoda slow

Main Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) se Commsec use kar raha hoon last 7 months se. Account Standard open kiya, KYC 1 day ke andar ho gaya (Emirates ID + address proof). Deposit maine debit card (Emirates NBD) se kiya tha, funds almost instant aa gaye. Trading mostly EUR/USD, GBP/USD aur kabhi-kabhi XAU/USD. Spreads normal hours me theek rehte hain, London session me execution bhi decent laga. News time pe slippage hua hai 2-3 baar, but itna bhi shocking nahi. Support chat pe response milta hai, but har baar same quality nahi—ek baar swap charges ka breakup maanga to 2 din lag gaye email reply aane me. Withdrawal: maine 2 withdrawals kiye. 1st (1,200 AED) 2 working days me aa gaya, 2nd (about 800 AED) ko 4 working days lag gaye aur follow-up karna pada. Overall satisfied, bas withdrawals consistently fast ho to perfect.

Decent for day-to-day trading, but back-office response is slow

I’m Hessa from Al Ain. I’ve been on Commsec (Standard) for about 6 months, trading mainly EUR/USD and GBP/USD. Deposits: I used a Mastercard deposit and it reflected immediately. No issues. Trading: Day-to-day execution is fine, charts are usable, and I didn’t face major downtime. However, spreads expand more than I’d like during volatile periods, and that impacts short trades. Withdrawals: I withdrew to my UAE bank account twice. One came in 3 business days, the second took 5 business days with no clear update until I followed up. Support: Support is courteous but not proactive. You have to chase a bit for a clear timeline. Overall: A fair broker with room to improve on transparency and processing times.

Delhi se: charting ok, par fees clarity thodi better honi chahiye

New Delhi se trade kar raha hoon, Commsec Standard account ko around 5 months use kiya. Deposit maine netbanking (ICICI) se kiya—mostly same day reflect hota. Pairs me main EUR/USD, USD/JPY aur kabhi gold (XAU/USD) karta hoon. Platform stable hai, order placement easy. Issue yeh aaya ki overnight holdings pe swap charges kabhi-kabhi expected se zyada lag rahe the—statement me details milti hain but pehle se clarity better ho sakti. Withdrawal: ₹25,000 ka ek withdrawal 3 working days me aa gaya, but ek chhota withdrawal ₹8,000 ko 4 working days lag gaye. Support ne explain kiya processing queue ki wajah se delay tha, but clear ETA nahi diya. Isliye 3 star: trading ok, transparency/support speed improve ho to better.

Decent execution, but withdrawals are not as smooth as deposits

I’ve been trading with Commsec from Mumbai for around 7 months. Opened a Standard account and funded via UPI (PhonePe) the first time, later used netbanking (HDFC). Deposits were credited fast (usually within 5–15 mins). Trading-wise, EUR/USD and XAU/USD execution is mostly fine during London session, but around US open I did notice slippage on XAU (2–5 pips equivalent) and wider spreads than what I expected. Withdrawal is where it becomes average. My first withdrawal (INR to bank account) took ~3 working days even after it showed ‘approved’. Second one took 2 days. Not horrible, but not “quick” either. Support chat replies, but it feels scripted—had to follow up twice for the withdrawal status. Overall: workable broker, but don’t expect super-fast payouts.
