I’m based in Lucknow and used Doo Prime Standard account for about 9 months. Deposit through bank transfer (Axis Bank) was smooth and credited the same day. I mostly trade EURUSD and NAS100 (occasionally). Platform stability has been good, and execution is acceptable in normal conditions. However, during major US news events I’ve seen spreads widen more than expected. Withdrawals: one came in 2 business days, another took 4 business days due to what support called “additional checks”. Support is responsive but not very specific on timelines. Overall, I’d rate it average—fine to trade, but the back-office experience needs improvement.

Decent for regular trading, but payout communication is weak

I’m based in Jaipur. Used Doo Prime Standard for about 9 months. I trade mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD, sometimes NAS100. Spreads are fine on regular sessions, and I didn’t face major platform outages. Funding was via bank transfer (Axis). Deposit reflected the same day. Where I’m not fully satisfied is withdrawals: one payout came in 2 business days, another took 6 business days with no clear status updates. Support eventually replied via email, but it felt like I had to chase them. So overall it’s usable, but not premium-level service for payments/support.

Works, but withdrawals can take longer than expected

I’m in Dubai and have been trading with Doo Prime Standard account for around 10 months. I deposited via bank transfer from Emirates NBD and the funds showed up the same day. I trade mostly XAUUSD and EURUSD on MT5. Execution is generally fine, though I’ve noticed slippage during high volatility and slightly wider spreads around market open. Withdrawals are not consistent: one arrived to my bank in 2 business days, another took 4 business days and I had to chase support twice for an update. Support replies are polite but sometimes vague. Overall it’s usable, just not the smoothest experience on payouts.

Overall theek, but updates aur timeline clear nahi rehte

Main Dubai se hoon. Doo Prime Standard account 6 months se use kar raha hoon. Deposit maine bank transfer (Mashreq) se kiya tha—same day credit ho gaya. Trading mostly EURUSD aur XAUUSD pe karta hoon. Platform stable hai aur normal time pe execution theek. News time pe spreads widen aur thoda slippage aata hai, which is expected but thoda zyada feel hua. Withdrawal side pe ek baar 2 din mein aa gaya, dusri baar 4 working days lag gaye. Support se chat kiya to reply aaya, but exact ETA nahi diya. Overall 3-star—broker chal jata hai, par communication aur withdrawals ka process better ho sakta hai.

Okay platform, but bank withdrawal timeline varies a lot

I’m from Kochi and used Doo Prime Standard account for about 6 months. I mostly trade GBPUSD and USDJPY intraday on MT4. Execution is generally fine in normal hours, but during London open I’ve seen a couple of requotes and small slippage. Deposits: I funded using bank transfer (ICICI) and once via card. Card deposit was instant, bank transfer took around 2 hours to show up. Withdrawals are the main mixed point. My first withdrawal (around mid-Feb) reached my bank in 2 working days. The next one in April took almost a week, and I had to follow up twice on live chat. Support responds, but they repeat the same scripted updates. Not a scam experience for me, but definitely not the smoothest payment flow.
