Clean interface and fair execution, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using FXFlat on a Standard account for about 6 months, mostly trading EUR/USD and gold around the London session. The platform side feels stable and the order execution is generally smooth, with spreads that match what I expect most of the time. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but the withdrawal process had more steps than I anticipated (extra confirmations and some back-and-forth on timing). Nothing felt unsafe—just not as transparent as it could be. Support answered my questions politely and gave instructions that worked, but I still think the funding/withdrawal status updates inside the client area could be more detailed. Overall it’s been a solid experience for my style, and I’d rate it higher if the cash-out workflow was simpler and communicated better.
