Solid for long-term investing, but the trading UI feels heavy

I’m Priya from Delhi and I’ve been using this account mainly for investing and occasional currency/market exposure rather than pure day trading. Overall it feels reliable and I like that the platform has a “serious” workflow (watchlists, holdings view, reports). Deposits have been smooth on my side and reflect without drama. Where it loses points for me is speed and usability when I want to act quickly. The app/website flow can feel a bit layered—too many steps to get to what I need, and during active market hours it doesn’t feel as lightweight as modern trading apps. Support has been polite and generally helpful, but sometimes I need to follow up to get a clear answer. Net-net: good for steady investing and basic execution, less enjoyable for frequent, fast trades.
