Solid execution, but the platform feels a bit busy
I’m Ahmed from Al Ain and I’ve been using Ironbeam for around 6 months. Overall the fills have been consistent and I like how stable the connection feels during active sessions. The account setup was straightforward and the onboarding emails were clear. The main downside for me is the interface—there are a lot of menus and it took me time to find the settings I needed, especially around alerts and order tickets. Once I got used to it, day-to-day trading became smooth. Spreads/commissions have been in line with what I expected, and I haven’t seen any weird pricing behavior—just normal volatility around news. Support answered my questions, but sometimes it took a follow-up to get a very direct answer.
