The platform experience has been stable for me with fewer freezes during busy sessions, and order placement feels responsive. Spreads were generally in line with what I expected, and my entries/exits matched the prices I saw most of the time. Deposits worked on the first try, but the onboarding and funding steps took a little longer than I’d like (extra verification and a couple of back-and-forth emails). Withdrawals were okay overall, but not “instant”—my last one took a few business days to reflect on my side. Support was polite and professional, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get an exact timeline instead of a generic update. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep the account, but I’d love faster processing and clearer status updates for cash movements.

Solid execution for my style, platform learning curve took time

After about 6 months, the fills have been consistent for the pairs I trade most (EUR/USD and GBP/USD) and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during the active sessions I trade. Deposit was straightforward on my side and the balance reflected without any confusing steps. The main downside for me was the initial setup and getting comfortable with the platform/workflow—there are a lot of options and it took me a few evenings to configure charts, order tickets, and alerts the way I like. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked basic questions, but replies weren’t always instant, so I’d say it’s good rather than amazing. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’d keep using it, but I think new traders should expect a bit of a learning curve.

The account setup was straightforward and the onboarding emails were clear. The main downside for me is the interface—there are a lot of menus and it took me time to find the settings I needed, especially around alerts and order tickets. Once I got used to it, day-to-day trading became smooth. Spreads/commissions have been in line with what I expected, and I haven’t seen any weird pricing behavior—just normal volatility around news. Support answered my questions, but sometimes it took a follow-up to get a very direct answer.
