Smooth onboarding and decent fills, but reports could be clearer

I’m Ananya from Kolkata and I opened a Standard account to diversify away from my usual FX setup. The verification and account activation were straightforward, and my first deposit went through without any confusing steps. Execution during normal market hours felt stable and I didn’t notice anything unusual with spreads for the instruments I traded. What I liked most was the overall platform reliability—no random disconnects when I was managing positions. Support was polite when I asked basic questions about account documents, although the replies were a bit template-style. The main drawback for me is the clarity of statements and trade reporting. I can find what I need, but it takes extra clicks and I’d prefer a cleaner breakdown for fees and daily activity. Overall, I’m satisfied, just want better reporting UX.
