I’m Youssef Nasser from Dubai and I’ve been using Freedom Finance for about 6 months. The platform has been stable for me and the trade confirmations and account statements are clear, which I care about for tracking performance and taxes. Spreads/fees felt reasonable for the way I trade (mostly majors and occasional indices), and execution has been consistent during normal sessions. The only downside was the initial onboarding and verification steps—it took a couple of back-and-forth emails to get everything approved, and I had to re-upload one document due to formatting. After that, day-to-day use has been smooth. Deposits landed as expected, withdrawals worked but weren’t the fastest compared to a couple of other brokers I’ve tried. Support was polite and generally helpful, just not always instant on live chat during busy hours.

I’m Fatima from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been using Freedom Finance for about six months for mostly FX majors and a bit of gold. Account opening was straightforward and my first deposit went through without any confusion. The execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I like that the pricing is generally predictable during normal market hours. Where it loses a point for me is the platform responsiveness during busy sessions—sometimes the charts feel a bit heavy and it takes an extra moment to load my watchlists. Support has been polite and professional. They didn’t always solve things instantly, but they did follow up and explain what to check on my side (connection, cache, etc.). Withdrawals worked, though not as fast as I expected compared to the deposit speed. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep using it, but I hope they improve performance and speed up payouts a little.
