I’m Rohit from Pune and I’ve been trading mainly EUR/USD and XAU/USD on a Standard account for around 6 months. Overall the execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, occasional news trades). Spreads are generally reasonable during active market hours, and I haven’t noticed any weird re-quotes. The main downside for me is the client portal/user area—basic things like finding old statements and confirming account details takes more clicks than it should. Support was helpful when I asked about margin requirements, but replies weren’t always instant. Deposits have been straightforward on my end. Withdrawals did go through, but the processing time felt average rather than fast. I’m staying with them for now, but I’d love to see a more modern dashboard and clearer reporting.

I’m Khalid from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been consistent during normal sessions and I haven’t noticed anything strange with order fills on market entries. The client area works, but it takes more clicks than I’d like to find basic things like past statements and fee breakdowns. It’s not a deal-breaker, just not as smooth as some newer platforms. Deposits went through without issues for me, and the fees were clear. Withdrawals arrived, but one request took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and gave me a status update, so I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like withdrawals to be more predictable.
