I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been using JFD for the last 6 months for mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD intraday trades. Execution has been consistent on my side—orders fill quickly and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads feel fair most of the time, and the platform experience has been stable. Deposits were straightforward and credited without hassle. Withdrawals did come through, but the process felt a bit more “step-by-step” than I expected, and the status updates inside the client area weren’t always clear. Support replies were polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to ask for clarification twice to get a precise answer. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d love to see clearer statements/reporting and more transparent withdrawal tracking.

I’m Ahmed from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. My overall experience has been positive: spreads feel consistent during normal market hours and the platform connection has been stable for me. I also like that the costs are shown clearly so I’m not guessing what I paid after the fact. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals: my last payout reached me, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check the status twice. Support was polite and gave me a clear answer, just not as proactive as I’d like. If they can tighten the withdrawal timeline and improve status updates, it would be close to perfect for my style of trading.
