I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been using JFD for the last 6 months for mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD intraday trades. Execution has been consistent on my side—orders fill quickly and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads feel fair most of the time, and the platform experience has been stable. Deposits were straightforward and credited without hassle. Withdrawals did come through, but the process felt a bit more “step-by-step” than I expected, and the status updates inside the client area weren’t always clear. Support replies were polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to ask for clarification twice to get a precise answer. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d love to see clearer statements/reporting and more transparent withdrawal tracking.

Clean execution on majors, but portal could be smoother

A couple of times I had to refresh/re-login to find the right section for statements, and the wording around some account settings wasn’t super clear. Nothing critical, just slightly annoying when you’re trying to do things quickly. Mostly smooth execution, a few small frictions

The platform side feels stable and I like that order placement is straightforward for both market and pending orders. What keeps it from being a perfect score is the little friction around account admin. The onboarding/KYC was fine but not super fast, and a couple of times I had to double-check which document version they wanted. Spreads are generally competitive in normal market hours, but they widen more than I’d like around high-impact news, so I avoid scalping during those windows. Deposits have been smooth for me. Withdrawals did go through, but once it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up.
