I’m Kavya from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD with JFD on a Standard account. Overall the fills have been consistent and I haven’t had any surprise requotes in normal market conditions. Spreads on majors felt competitive for my style (short intraday trades) and the platform connection has been stable during my evening sessions. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client portal experience. A couple of times I had to refresh/re-login to find the right section for statements, and the wording around some account settings wasn’t super clear. Nothing critical, just slightly annoying when you’re trying to do things quickly. Deposits worked fine for me and withdrawals came through, but not always as fast as I expected (still within the timeframe they mention). Support was polite and helped me locate the correct documents when I asked about verification.

Mostly smooth execution, a few small frictions

The platform side feels stable and I like that order placement is straightforward for both market and pending orders. The onboarding/KYC was fine but not super fast, and a couple of times I had to double-check which document version they wanted. Spreads are generally competitive in normal market hours, but they widen more than I’d like around high-impact news, so I avoid scalping during those windows. Deposits have been smooth for me.
