I’m Neha from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Fondex on a Standard account for about 6 months. Account opening was straightforward and I was able to get trading quickly without too many back-and-forth emails. Execution has felt stable during normal market hours and the platform didn’t freeze on me, which is honestly my baseline requirement. Deposits went through without drama, but the cost structure (especially around overnight charges and some non-trading fees) could be displayed more clearly in one place. Support was responsive when I asked basic platform questions, though I had to repeat context once when my chat got transferred. Overall I’m happy enough to keep it as one of my secondary accounts, but I’d like more transparency and a cleaner summary of charges inside the client area.

I’m Sanjay Kumar from Chennai and I’ve been trading on Fondex for about six months, mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. The execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday holds) and I haven’t noticed strange price jumps on my end. Spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours, though they do widen around major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but I wish the client area made it easier to track payment status and download clean statements without clicking through multiple menus. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours within the same day. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but the user portal UI and reporting could be more trader-friendly.
