I’m Sanjay Kumar from Chennai and I’ve been trading on Fondex for about six months, mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. The execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday holds) and I haven’t noticed strange price jumps on my end. Spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours, though they do widen around major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but I wish the client area made it easier to track payment status and download clean statements without clicking through multiple menus. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours within the same day. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but the user portal UI and reporting could be more trader-friendly.

I’m Kavya from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Fondex on and off for the last 6 months. The onboarding was straightforward and I was trading quickly without having to fight the UI. Execution has felt consistent for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD intraday) and the charts/load times have been stable on my laptop. Deposits landed fast and the client area makes it easy to see balance/equity, but I wish the swap/overnight fees were shown in a more transparent way before holding positions. I had one ticket where I asked how swaps are calculated and support replied with a generic explanation first, then followed up with a clearer breakdown. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d rate it higher if the costs around holding positions were explained more proactively inside the platform.
