I’m Ananya Sharma from Delhi and I’ve been using EXANTE for about 6 months as a retail FX trader (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD with occasional gold). The platform layout is clean and order placement is straightforward, which matters to me when I’m managing trades quickly. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, small position sizes). I didn’t notice frequent requotes, and spreads looked reasonable during normal market hours. Where I felt the experience could improve is on the payments side: depositing worked, but the available methods and the overall “process” felt more formal than some other brokers I’ve tried. Not a deal-breaker, just less flexible. Support was responsive when I asked about account documents and trading conditions. The answers were clear, although I had to follow up once to get a more direct timeline. Overall, it’s a good broker experience for me, and I’d continue using it, but I’d like to see smoother funding options and clearer step-by-step guidance around transactions.

I’m Ananya from Mumbai and I’ve been using Exante mostly for FX swing trades around London open/NY overlap. Execution has been consistent for me and I haven’t noticed weird price jumps on the majors when I’m placing or modifying orders. The platform feels stable and I like that the order tickets and reporting are clean enough to track what I’m doing without exporting everything. My main frustration was the account setup/KYC side. Nothing dramatic, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected (extra clarifications and waiting between replies). Once the account was fully active, deposits went through fine and trading itself has been straightforward. Withdrawals have worked, but the processing time felt a bit unpredictable—sometimes quick, sometimes it sits in “pending” longer than I’d like. Support has been polite and generally helpful, though not always fast during peak hours. Overall: good trading experience and execution, just wish the onboarding and payout timing were more consistent.
