Overall the execution felt stable during London hours and I didn’t see many random spikes on my charts. Spreads were generally okay for my swing trades, though during major news releases they widened more than I expected (not a deal-breaker, just something to plan for). Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. The client area is functional but I found some settings and documents a bit buried—like I had to click around to find statements and past confirmations. Support was polite and answered my questions about swap/rollover and platform setup, but the replies were sometimes more “template-like” than detailed. Withdrawals worked, but my bank transfer took longer than I anticipated compared to what I’m used to. It did arrive, and I didn’t have to chase endlessly, but I’d love more proactive status updates inside the portal. Net: reliable enough for my style, just needs a more transparent/modern back office experience.
