I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I’ve been trading majors and gold on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall the execution has been consistent on my side, especially during normal London/NY hours. Spreads are generally competitive for the pairs I trade, and I haven’t seen any random order rejections. Deposits via card/transfer were straightforward, though the client portal UI feels a little old-school and sometimes I had to refresh to see updated balances. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I expected—my last payout took a couple of business days longer than the timeline I had in mind. Support was polite and actually read my ticket instead of sending canned replies, but it still took a few follow-ups to get a clear ETA. Not perfect, but I’d keep it in my rotation for regular trading as long as they improve portal UX and speed up withdrawal processing updates.

Overall the platform experience has been steady for my swing trades (mostly H1/H4). Orders generally go through without drama and I haven’t noticed anything weird with fills during normal liquidity. Deposits worked fine for me and reflected in a reasonable time. Withdrawals did arrive, but the first time I had to double-check the steps and the status messages in the portal weren’t very informative, so I ended up contacting support just to confirm it was actually processing. Support was polite and followed up, but I wish the website had a simpler breakdown of processing times and any third‑party charges so you don’t have to guess. If they improve the transparency around fees and withdrawal timelines, I’d rate it higher.
