I’m Fatima from Al Ain and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall my experience has been positive: the platform connection felt stable during London and early US sessions, and my market orders were filled without noticeable drama. Spreads were generally reasonable for the pairs I trade, although they did widen a couple of times around bigger news releases (which I expected, but it still surprised me once). Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawing worked, but the first time I had to follow up because the status stayed “processing” longer than I thought it would. Support was polite and eventually clarified what was pending, but I wish the updates were more proactive. If they improve the communication on withdrawal status and account-related tickets, this would be an easy 5 for me.

I’m Youssef from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mainly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been stable for my style (short intraday trades), and spreads are generally competitive during liquid hours. The platform connection has been reliable and I didn’t notice frequent requotes. Deposits went through without drama, but the client portal feels a bit clunky on mobile and I had to click around to find a couple of basic settings and reports. Support was polite and answered my ticket within the same day, though the first reply felt a little templated and I had to clarify my question. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time wasn’t as fast as I expected based on what I’m used to with other services. Not a deal breaker, just something to plan for if you like to move funds quickly. Net: good trading experience, a few usability and speed improvements would make it an easy 5/5.
