I’m Kavya from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD on a Standard account. Overall execution has been consistent for my intraday trades, and spreads on majors usually feel reasonable during normal market hours. Account opening and verification were straightforward, and my first card deposit reflected quickly. What I don’t love is that the mobile experience sometimes feels a bit “heavy” during busy sessions (it loads slower than I expect, and I’ve had to re-login once or twice). Support was polite and actually answered my questions about trading hours and rollover, but I did wait a bit for the second reply. Withdrawals have worked for me, but the processing time can vary—one withdrawal was quick, another took longer than I expected, so I’m keeping this at 4 stars for now. If the app performance and withdrawal consistency improve, I’d rate it higher.

Good charts, average support experience

Gurugram se trade karta hoon, Activtrades Standard account around 6 months. Majors like EUR/USD and USD/JPY pe mainly scalping/short intraday. Execution theek hai, platform stable. Deposit (Kotak card) instant. Support average laga—chat pe response milta hai but detailed answer ke liye email pe bhejte hain, phir 24-48 hrs lag jaata hai. Withdrawal 2 baar kiya, 4-5 working days laga. Not bad, but customer support aur faster withdrawals ho toh better.

Trading ok hai, but withdrawal updates slow

Mumbai se use kar raha hoon Activtrades, Standard account. Overall experience mixed raha. Maine 6-7 months pehle start kiya tha. Mostly EUR/USD, USD/JPY aur kabhi kabhi Gold (XAU/USD) trade karta hoon. Execution normal days pe theek lagta hai, spreads bhi majors pe manageable. But news time pe thoda slip ho jata hai, especially Gold pe. Deposit maine card (Visa) se kiya tha, instant credit ho gaya. Problem withdrawal ka hai—last month maine approx $300 withdraw request daali thi, 2 working days bola tha but 4 working days lag gaye. Support ko chat/email kiya, reply aata hai but proper tracking/clear status nahi milta, bas “processing” bolte rehte. Broker overall ok hai, but withdrawal communication better hona chahiye.

Spread theek hai, but slippage news time pe + withdrawal 1-2 din extra

Bengaluru se Activtrades use kar raha hoon, Standard account. Mixed experience. Main mostly EUR/USD aur USD/CHF scalp karta hoon, kabhi kabhi XAU/USD swing. Normal market me fills okay hain. Lekin CPI/NFP jaise events me slippage noticeable hua, specially Gold pe. Deposit maine bank transfer se kiya (received next working day). Withdrawal: ek baar $700 withdraw kiya tha, 2-3 working days bola tha but 5 days lag gaye. Beech me koi clear update nahi, bas support bolta raha “in process”. Overall trust ok hai, but timelines aur communication improve karni chahiye.

Decent execution, but withdrawals to India take patience

I’ve been using Activtrades from Mumbai for around 8 months on a Standard account. Trading side is mostly fine—EUR/USD and GBP/USD fills are generally clean, and on normal volatility the spreads look reasonable. I also traded XAU/USD during news and saw a bit of slippage, not crazy but noticeable. Deposit via bank card (HDFC Visa) went through instantly. The mixed part is withdrawals: first two withdrawals to the same card took 3-4 working days, but my last one took 7 working days and I had to follow up twice on email. Support replied but it felt like template responses until I shared transaction reference. Overall not a scam vibe, just slow processes and not very proactive support. Good for trading, average for money movement.
