Solid platform and pricing, but onboarding felt a bit manual

I’m Arjun from Mumbai and I’ve been using Spreadex for about 6 months, mostly for EUR/USD and GBP pairs with a mix of intraday and swing trades. The platform has been stable for me and order execution feels consistent during normal liquidity. Spreads are generally competitive on majors, and I like that the trade tickets and margin info are clearly laid out so I’m not guessing my exposure. Where it could improve is the account setup and verification flow—it worked, but it felt more manual than some other brokers I’ve tried, with a couple of back-and-forth emails. Support was polite and did resolve my questions, just not always in the first reply. Deposits went through fine on my side. Withdrawals were successful, but one payout took longer than I expected, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Overall, I’m satisfied and will keep the account active, but I’d love to see a smoother onboarding and a bit more predictability on withdrawal timelines.
