Solid spreads and a clean platform, but small UX annoyances

I’m Sara from Dubai and I’ve been using Spreadex for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and GBP pairs around London open. Execution has been consistent for my style (short holds, not high-frequency), and the spreads are generally competitive compared to the other apps I’ve tried. Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals have gone through, but not always as fast as I expected—one request landed the next business day, another took a bit longer and I had to double-check the status. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked about margin requirements and where to find statements, although the first reply felt a little templated. Overall, I’m comfortable keeping it as one of my accounts, but I’d love slightly clearer withdrawal timelines and a couple of platform navigation improvements.
