Solid execution, app could be smoother

I’m Maha from Dubai and I’ve been trading majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account for about 6 months. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly short intraday trades), and I haven’t had any weird price jumps on normal market hours. Spreads are generally fine, but during high-impact news I do notice widening, so I avoid entering right on the release. Depositing by card was straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as I expected—my last one took a couple of business days and I had to check the status once. Support was polite and clear when I asked about leverage settings and account verification. The only downside for me is the client area/mobile experience: it feels a bit heavy sometimes and I’d like a clearer timeline showing deposit/withdrawal processing stages. Overall, a good broker for regular trading, with small UX improvements needed.
