I’m Sara from Sharjah and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. I opened a Standard account with LMFX about 6 months ago mainly to trade EURUSD and gold on M15/H1. What I liked: order execution has been mostly stable for me, and I didn’t notice frequent disconnects during normal market hours. Spreads are acceptable on majors, and the platform itself is familiar and easy to set up. What I didn’t like: the client portal feels a bit old-school and I had to double-check a few steps during onboarding (not hard, just not super smooth). Deposits were fine, but withdrawals took longer than I expected on my first try and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. Support did reply, but it wasn’t instant. Overall it’s usable and I can trade without constant issues, but I’m not fully confident yet to scale up my account until the back-office experience feels more streamlined.

Smooth execution, but account verification took longer than expected

Spreads on majors felt competitive on the Standard account and my market orders during London session generally filled without drama. The platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t run into random disconnects, which is honestly my biggest requirement. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/verification side. My documents were accepted eventually, but the back-and-forth emails made it feel slower than it needed to be. Once the account was live, deposits were fine, and withdrawals worked, but I’d like clearer status updates and timelines inside the client area. Support was polite when I asked about the verification steps, but their replies sometimes came a bit late for something that blocks you from fully using the account.
