Spreads are generally acceptable, though they do widen around high-impact news which is expected. The main area that needs work is the client portal and reporting—simple things like finding past statements and filtering trade history takes more clicks than it should. Support was responsive when I asked about swap rates and contract specs, but I’d like to see clearer documentation inside the platform. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’m not giving 5 stars until the back-office experience feels more polished.
