Clean MT5 execution and fair spreads, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Khalid from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Errante for about 6 months on a Standard account, mainly trading EURUSD and gold around London/NY overlap. Execution on MT5 has been consistent for me (no weird freezes), and spreads are generally competitive during liquid hours. Deposits by card went through quickly and the balance updated right away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client portal experience. A couple of times the verification/status pages felt slow and I had to refresh to see updates. Also, on volatile news candles the spread widening is noticeable (not shocking, just something to plan around). Support was polite and actually answered my questions instead of sending copy-paste replies. Overall: solid trading conditions for my style, just room to improve the back-office UX.
