I’m Rahul from Chennai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on Errante for the past 6 months. Overall the experience has been positive. Spreads on the major pairs look competitive during normal market hours and my market orders are generally filled quickly with no weird re-quotes. I also like that the account opening was straightforward and the platform connection has been stable on my side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal. It works, but it feels slightly slow at times and some pages take an extra refresh before they update (especially when I’m checking deposit/withdrawal status). Nothing deal-breaking, just not as polished as I expected. Support was helpful when I asked about the fee schedule and trading hours—responses were clear, but not instant. If they improve the portal speed and make status updates more real-time, I’d rate it higher.

I’m Khalid from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been trading on Errante for the past 6 months. Overall the spreads and execution felt consistent on my usual majors, and I didn’t notice any weird re-quotes during normal market hours. The account opening and verification were straightforward, and deposits landed quickly. What kept it from a 5-star for me is the platform experience on mobile—sometimes charts load a bit slow on my connection and switching between instruments isn’t always smooth. Support was polite and answered my questions about margin and swap timing, but I still had to follow up once to get a clearer step-by-step. I’d still recommend it if you care about stable execution and a simple onboarding, but I hope they improve the mobile experience and make some help articles more detailed.
