Execution has been consistent for me during normal market hours and I haven’t had random disconnects. Spreads are generally fine, though they can widen a bit around major news which I expected. Deposits went through without drama and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals worked, but one payout took longer than I anticipated (still arrived, just not as fast as the first one). Support answered my ticket with clear steps, but it took a full day to get the first response. My only real complaint is the client portal/UI—functional, but it feels a little old and takes extra clicks to find simple things like statements and margin info. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep it as one of my accounts.
