Steady execution, but the FX workflow feels built for long-term investors

I’m Ahmed from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account mainly to handle USD exposure alongside my other holdings. Execution on major FX pairs has been stable for my style (small position sizing, mostly market orders), and I like the overall platform reliability. What keeps this from being a 5-star experience is the workflow around FX compared with more “pure” forex brokers: navigation is a bit heavy, and it takes extra clicks to get from research to placing and managing the trade. I also wish the pricing/spread details were surfaced more clearly before confirming an order. Deposits were straightforward and matched the expected processing time. Withdrawals worked, but the timeline was not as fast as some e-wallet based brokers I’ve used. Support was polite and knowledgeable, though the first response sometimes felt scripted before getting to the point. Overall: solid and trustworthy feel, just not the most streamlined if your main focus is active forex trading.
