Smooth execution, but the withdrawal timing could be clearer

I’m Kavya from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall my experience has been positive: order execution feels stable during normal sessions and the app/web portal is easy enough for daily check-ins. Deposits went through quickly and matched what I expected. What keeps this from being a 5-star for me is the lack of clear, upfront timelines on withdrawals. My last withdrawal wasn’t “stuck,” but it took longer than I had planned for, and I ended up checking the status more than I’d like. Support did reply and confirmed it was in process, but the updates were a bit generic. If they improve the communication around withdrawal processing times (especially around weekends/holidays), it would be close to ideal for my style of trading.
