Main HFM par 18 months se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

I’m Maha from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using HFM mostly for short intraday trades on majors. The platform side has been stable for me and order execution is generally smooth during normal liquidity. Spreads are acceptable for my style and I haven’t had random disconnections. Deposits were straightforward with the option I used and the funds showed up quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that withdrawals felt a bit inconsistent: one request was processed fast, another took longer than I expected and the status updates inside the client area weren’t very detailed. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to ask twice to get a clear timeline. Overall, it’s a good broker for routine trading, just improve the communication around withdrawals and processing steps.

Overall the platform experience has been stable for me with decent execution during normal market hours. Spreads feel reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), but around big news events I noticed the spread widening more than I expected, so I avoid entering right at releases. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as the timelines I had in mind—nothing dramatic, just a bit of waiting and an extra confirmation step. Support was polite and cleared my basic account questions without bouncing me around, though I had to follow up once to get a status update. Good broker for day-to-day trading, but I’d like slightly quicker withdrawal processing and clearer communication on expected timing.

I’m Rohit from Pune and I’ve been trading mostly XAUUSD and a few major FX pairs. My experience with this broker has been mostly positive: order execution on MT5 feels consistent during normal hours and spreads are reasonable for my style (I do short intraday trades, not scalping news). Account opening and verification were straightforward. Deposits worked on the first try and were credited quickly. The only negative so far is that one withdrawal took longer than I expected (it wasn’t rejected, just needed extra time/status updates). Support did respond and explained the steps, but I had to follow up once. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like clearer timelines/notifications for withdrawals so I don’t have to chase updates.
