Solid day-to-day trading, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Maha from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using HFM mostly for short intraday trades on majors. The platform side has been stable for me and order execution is generally smooth during normal liquidity. Spreads are acceptable for my style and I haven’t had random disconnections. Deposits were straightforward with the option I used and the funds showed up quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that withdrawals felt a bit inconsistent: one request was processed fast, another took longer than I expected and the status updates inside the client area weren’t very detailed. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to ask twice to get a clear timeline. Overall, it’s a good broker for routine trading, just improve the communication around withdrawals and processing steps.
