Mostly smooth execution, withdrawals OK but could be faster

I’m Kavya Reddy from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable for me with decent execution during normal market hours. Spreads feel reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), but around big news events I noticed the spread widening more than I expected, so I avoid entering right at releases. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as the timelines I had in mind—nothing dramatic, just a bit of waiting and an extra confirmation step. Support was polite and cleared my basic account questions without bouncing me around, though I had to follow up once to get a status update. Good broker for day-to-day trading, but I’d like slightly quicker withdrawal processing and clearer communication on expected timing.
