Solid execution, but the platform learning curve is real

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading majors and gold on and off for the last 6 months. My overall experience with Dukascopy has been positive, mostly because execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I haven’t had surprise re-quotes. The main downside for me is the learning curve. The platform has a lot of features, but it took time to find the settings I needed (order defaults, chart templates, and risk controls). Once I set everything up, it became much smoother. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals went through, but they weren’t instant for me—more like “processed in a couple of business days,” which is fine but not the fastest. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account verification and a platform setting, but responses were not always immediate during peak hours. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re comfortable with a more advanced setup and you value stability over a super simple interface.
