Overall my experience has been positive: order execution feels stable during normal sessions and spreads are acceptable for my style (short holds, not pure scalping). Deposits were straightforward for me and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals: they did arrive, but the processing status messages weren’t very descriptive and it took longer than I expected on one occasion. Support was polite and did answer, but the responses felt a bit templated until I asked very specific questions. Not perfect, but I’m comfortable continuing as long as withdrawals stay consistent.
