Order execution has been reliable for me and the platform connection has been stable during the London/NY overlap. What kept this from being a full 5 stars is the way some costs are presented. Spreads looked competitive, but I still had to double-check the exact charges on certain instruments and times (especially around rollover). Once I understood it, it was fine—I just think the cost breakdown could be more obvious inside the client area. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals worked, but one of my cash-outs took longer than I expected compared to the deposit speed. Support was polite and gave me a clear checklist for verification and payout steps. Overall: good trading experience for my style, just room to improve transparency and the withdrawal timeline.
