Platform-wise it has been stable for me on MT5 and I didn’t face random disconnects during London session. Execution feels okay on majors, but on news candles I noticed wider spreads than I expected and it’s not always clear what’s “normal” vs. temporary volatility. Deposits through my card went through quickly, but the dashboard doesn’t explain charges in a very transparent way. I also wish the contract specs and swap details were easier to find without jumping between menus. Support is polite and usually replies within the same day, but I often get generic answers like “please check with the liquidity conditions” instead of specific numbers. Overall, I can trade here, but I’m not fully confident about cost transparency yet, so I’m keeping my account size moderate.
