Order execution on majors has been mostly fine during normal hours, and spreads looked reasonable on my Standard account. The problem is the overall experience feels a bit rough around the edges—some menus are confusing, and I had to double-check basic things like contract size and swap info because it wasn’t displayed consistently. Deposit via card worked the first time, but the confirmation screen didn’t always update immediately, which made me nervous. Withdrawals reached my bank, but one request took longer than the previous one without any clear status updates. Support replied, but it was more “template answers” than actually explaining what was happening. Not a terrible experience, but I’m not fully confident yet. If the platform UI and transparency around fees/processing times improve, I’d consider staying longer.
