Good execution and platform options, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly majors and a bit of gold. My overall experience with Eightcap has been positive: account setup was straightforward and I was trading the same day. Execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I like having multiple platform options because I switch between desktop and mobile depending on my schedule. Spreads/fees have generally matched what I expected on my account type, and I haven’t noticed any weird order behavior. The only area I’d like improved is the withdrawal flow—my last withdrawal went through, but the status updates weren’t very informative and I had to double-check with support to confirm the timeline. Support was polite and helpful when I reached out, but I think the client portal could explain processing steps in a clearer way so you don’t need to ask.
